Outlook on life:
I once said to my girlfriend at the time “Life is a race.” For my birthday she gave me the words in 3D letters that have stood on my mantle ever since, and I’ve even got them here in Atlanta. I said it without thinking but now I live by it… ‘Life is a race. Life your life. Win the race.’

Best advice ever given:
From triple World Champion Nikki Lauda- ‘There are only three things in life; money, cars and women, and not necessarily in that order.’ He told me that when I was about 8 years old and he sponsored me through his airline, Lauda-Air. That crack’s me up. From Nigel Mansell- ‘Always be good to your mum.’ I hope I live by that.

My Father, my Grandfather, Nigel Mansell, Sir Jack Brabham and Mario Andretti.

Best racing moment:
Winning the 2008 IMSA Lites Championship, particularly my first race the Sebring 12 Hour. That was the first time I'd ever sprayed champagne! Driving a V8 Supercar for the first time was pretty good too.

First motorsport memory:
Watching my Father race his Formula 2 at my home town track, Mallala.

First felt desire to race:
After meeting Nigel Mansell at the Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide at the age of five.

Mosport, Road Altanta and the Adelaide Street Circuit.

V8 Supercar - Prodigy Ford Falcon BA.

Formula Vee.

My iPod has a lot of variety! House, Funk, breaks, beats and Jazz. Anything down and dirty like DJ Justice, Nine Inch Nails and Crystal Castles. Also a big Jamioquai fan.

Anywhere in South-East Asia.

Lake Tahoe, California. Oh, wait... Athens, GA of course!

Port Willunga Beach near Adelaide, my home town.

Greatest non-motorsport achievement:
Last year I didn't only win on the international racing scene but my last ever piece of advertising creative (I was an Art Director for Clemenger BBDO before I solely focused on my racing), for SA Lotteries was a finalist at the OneShow awards in New York and short listed for Cannes (The World Championship of Advertising). The Cannes certificate is on display next to the motorsport trophies.

Greatest fear:
Getting to the end of my life and realising I didn’t give it my all. Not trying or achieving enough.
